Located in the heart of the Quad Cities, the Interstate 74 Technical Park is adjacent to the Interstate 74 corridor on Utica Ridge Road and Tanglefoot Lane in Bettendorf, IA. It can be accessed by either the Spruce Hills or the 53rd street exit from I-74.

The development consists of 19 acres that are adjacent to a 75 acre development that includes a 150 bed hospital, medical, and dental offices, engineering firms, financial service firms, technology related organizations, with numerous nationally recognized hotel and restaurant chains located on the 75 acre site.
