Utilities are supplied by Mid American Energy at great rates as low as $0.05 per KWH at this time and natural gas costs range around $8.00 per BTU at this time. The area does not suffer from brownouts or blackouts. Primary and alternative substations insure reliable electrical power service.

Fire & Police service

The Technology Park is located in the City of Bettendorf, IA which has excellent police and fire protection. The police station is located approximately 3.5 miles from the Park and the fire station is just over one mile away.
