• Parking areas set aside for low emitting and fuel efficient vehicles.

Energy

• Inexpensive and plentiful electrical power and other utilities.
• Use of geothermal heating and cooling.
• Use of solar panels.
• Efficient lighting fixtures with sensors to regulate lighting when not in use.
• Daylight and views to at least 75% of all spaces.
• Exterior walls to be 2″x6″ with insulating systems.
