Welcome to I-74 Technology Park

The I-74 Technology Park is located in the Quad Cities, a prime area located on the Iowa-Illinois border. Approximately 160 miles from both Chicago and Des Moines, the site consists of 19 acres within a 75 acre development that includes professional firms, engineering firms, technology related organizations, financial service firms, medical and dental offices, and a 150 bed hospital. The property will be developed into structures (see line sheets on the Additional Information page) ranging from one to four stories. Buildings will utilize state of the art green construction techniques resulting in environmentally sound and energy efficient buildings that use solar and geothermal heating and cooling. Iowa is virtually risk free of Seismic activity, terrorism threats, blackouts or hurricanes. The site is not subject to flooding or other natural disasters. Energy is plentiful and inexpensive.
